It's no secret Mark and his wife Lesley are very fond of Spain. We have close connections to the Southern Costa Blanca. We own two properties on this wonderful coastline.
Our lovely 3 bedroom home, Casa LesMar on the Vistamar development at Aguamarina near Torrevieja on the Southern Costa Blanca has proved very popular for family and golfing holiday groups, being located close to the well known "The Strip" with all its shops and bars yet still being quiet its great. For the active golfing enthusiasts there are 3 excellent golf courses nearby.
Nearby the newer 2 bedroomed luxury apartment at El Rincon, Alameda del Mar
offers quality accommodation close to shops and bars on a very secure development, with shaded enclosed parking. This property is ideal for longer winter lets.Both properties are very close to the topaz blue Mediterranean and beaches and are ideal for families.
The prices are very reasonable and the quality is excellent. The resorts are close to Murcia and Alicante airports so plenty of budget flights can be found.
